Our booking system
In addition to access control, we have a fully self-developed booking system that allows you to reserve, for example, sports facilities, fenced dog woodland or even shared facilities and laundry rooms for your housing association. You can also book a slot using our ToloGo mobile app or at booking.tologo.fi browser interface. We've made it as easy as possible to book a shift with the help of user feedback, so you're sure to succeed! Open the page of the destination of your choice and pay for your desired shift.
In addition to booking slots and rooms, you can also use the system to purchase various ancillary products and register for courses. For example, you can use the product view to find gym memberships or rental equipment. Courses allow you to register for various group events and training sessions. Take a look at what your favourite location has to offer and see if there are any courses that suit you.
Bookings, products and courses are paid directly in the app or in the browser. Paytrail acts as the payment intermediary and you can either save the payment method in the app, or enter it during the payment process. ToloGo also supports various discount codes and promotions. Check to see if your favourite destination is running a promotion so that you can take advantage of the subcodes when you place your order. In addition, you can now open a balance account for items you visit frequently. A balance allows you to repeatedly book shifts or buy products easily without having to fiddle with payment methods!
Once you have made a purchase that includes shifts, you can view the contents of the purchase and key information from the "Activity" tab in the ToloGo app. For example, you can send a receipt to your email in connection with the subscription or, if the destination settings allow it, cancel the entire shift. In this case, the funds used for the trip will be returned to your account.
As a whole, our access control and reservation systems work together seamlessly to make life easier for the user. In most cases, if a site has both a reservation system and some level of locked entrances, there is a high probability that the site will also support ToloGo access. This means that you will have one or more of the ways of unlocking the door described in the previous weeks, depending on the location.
