Keski-Suomen ainoa pöytätennisseura Pöytätennis Jyväskylä hyppäsi tuntemattomaan syksyllä 2022 avaamalla oman pingishallinsa.
Nopeasti seurassa huomattiin tarve sähköiselle varausjärjestelmälle.
Pelivuorojen hallintaan tarvittiin selkeä ja helppokäyttöinen järjestelmä, sillä yksittäisten varausten pyörittäminen käy nopeasti erittäin työlääksi pienessäkin seurassa, jossa varauksia tulee viikoittain muutamia.
Seura kartoitti varausjärjestelmiä aktiivisesti. Useista vaihtoehdoista päädyttiin ToloGo-sovellukseen.
Puheenjohtaja Henri Pelkosen mukaan hallin yksittäiskäyttäjiltä on tullut käytännössä pelkästään positiivista palautetta. Varaukset sujuvat helposti ja kulku halliin on sujunut erittäin kitkattomasti.
